Robert (Rob) Moore, owner of Green Country Roofing proved to be a man of the highest integrity. He has an experienced crew, but he isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. He was on site during the entire installation of our roof and sent pictures to my phone during the process. He interacted with the insurance adjuster to assure our claim processed accurately for all allowable expenses. He utilized the most up to date computer tools that line up with the insurance claims adjustment process to insure data was compared accurately and we were paid the maximum due to us according to our insurance policy. We are so grateful we used Green Country Roofing for our job. We highly recommend Rob and this company! ~ Mary R

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Green Country Roofing for their prompt response and excellent customer service. I contacted several companies since the recent wind storm, and they are the only company that called me back. In fact, they called me less then 30 minutes after I filled out the contact form online. Rob came out and looked at the roof and was honest with me on the assessment, and we agreed that based on my situation I may be better served going a different route for the repairs. I really appreciated his honesty. Even though I won’t have the opportunity to actually work with them on this job, based on my experience, they seem to be a top notch company. Lots of words needed to describe Green Country Roofing. Knowledgeable, professional, integrity, WORK ETHIC, punctual, and let’s top it off with this one….Legit! Robert shared his vast knowledge to help us determine the best roof in keeping w/our HOA requirements. He sat down with us (more than once) before we committed to his company to help us through the process. He climbed on the roof with the adjuster. Everything he told us about the process was accurate. His crew showed up exactly when he said they would and finished exactly when they said they would (actual temp over 100 degrees). Clean up was over the top. I want to expressed that Rob and his wife, went above and beyond in exceeding services with the house insurance. It was a long battle with State Farm, but everything laid out as planned. He is a fighter and will help you and your family in any way to ensure home insurance can help cover your roofing, replacement, gutters, etc. (But don’t guarantee this outcome, cause every insurance company has their own policy). I've remodeled several dozen properties over many years and never found a gutter company I would use again....none were horrible but none were amazing. Friends referred me to GCR for gutters on my current project and I reached out, frankly, somewhat reluctantly as I wasn't looking forward to another "ok" experience with gutters; plus the current house has an unusual design (John Duncan Forsythe circa 1939)....which worried me even more. I'm delighted to pass on that every bit of this experience has been amazing from the initial contacts to the follow up, follow through and right up to the very last conversation. The true test is certainly been the 11.9" of rain we've received so far at my house in November and Im delighted to report all the gutters are working just like they should! Five stars isn’t enough. We’d give them 10 ⭐️’s!! From start to finish, GCR was exceptional! We emailed to get a quote and they called back within 15 minutes. Set appointment day/time for estimate. Rob was running behind but he and Elisha stayed in constant communication as to his ETA. We were given a fair estimate. We were never hounded after that. We chose a timeframe for roof replacement and they scheduled within that time frame in accordance with the weather. They were on time, professional and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up and except for having a beautiful new roof, and their sign in our yard, we’d never know they’d been at our home. We are new to Oklahoma. We purchased a home in Broken Arrow that just had gutters on the front of the house. Most of the homes in the Seattle area including our home have gutters to handle the water from all sides of the roof. We wanted to put gutters all the way around our home but didn’t know who to turn to. We wanted to find someone with the reputation of doing a great job, that installed quality products, was value priced and gave great service. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rob Moore. He is the most ethical person I have come across in the construction business. If all you need is a patch, that is what he will advise, instead of trying to sell you a new roof. He has worked on two homes for me so far, and he goes above and beyond to do everything right. He communicates every step of the project and works in a very timely manner. He is hands on. He oversees and works on the projects personally. He searched the entire country’s suppliers to find one bundle of discontinued roof shingles for a patch. He found the last bundle left! I am an attorney and have dealt with many contractors through the years. If only they were all like Rob! Update: it’s now 4 years later and we just had a big hailstorm. Our cars and our gazebo were damaged. But not our roof! Rob installed the hail resistant shingles, and they worked! Thanks Rob! ~ Susan

Elisha and Robert are amazing. I called and I was honestly frantic because I had called around everywhere. I hadn’t been able to get calls back from anyone. No one would fit me into their schedule. Then I called Green Country Roofing and Elisha answered and was so kind and understanding. They were busy and had a packed schedule and Robert still came out the next morning before his meeting so he could be there before I left for work. I know people run businesses to make money but these people helped me out of the kindness of their hearts. If you need something done with your roof you need to call them. We live over by 1200 miles away from our Tulsa house. So, I was concerned about hiring anyone, to handle roof repairs. However, I was so pleased that we called Robert Moore Construction. They responded to my call, right away, on a holiday weekend. Then, the work performed, was top notch. Quality work!! They did such a great job. Maintained communication with me, provided photographs, advice, even gave me several options, if I wanted to save more money. But their quote was so good, I didn't need too! We lost some roof shingles in a recent storm and had no idea what roofing company to call. We got lucky when Rob left his card for us after he had spoken with our neighbor. I called and he was very flexible with his time to schedule a free estimate. He and his wife Elisha came over and spent quite a bit of time discussing our concerns and options. There was no pressure to get us to replace the roof, just what we felt was an honest assessment. We opted to repair and the cost was very reasonable. We also had him repair some guttering that we’d been having trouble with. Rob even went above and beyond by helping us with a leaking window that we couldn’t reach with our ladder. He got all the repairs done quickly and just in time. The next day another storm hit and all the repairs held up great! Rob and Elisha are the perfect example of what a small family business should be. When it does come time to replace our roof, we will definitely be using Robert Moore Construction. ~ Patty A

We highly recommend Robert Moore Construction. We had need of a roof repair, gutter repair, and two other issues. Robert came and accessed the need. Also, during his inspection, he pointed out an item that could have caused severe problems with our roof if not corrected. He took time to explain what needed to be done and made the repairs including the issue he identified. We found Robert to be professional, knowledgeable, and a genuine person. Green Country Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof and updating my gutters. Since I bought my house two years ago, it has required extensive unexpected repairs. I have worked with numerous companies, and I can honestly say that there is no other contractor that I trust completely to act with my best interest at heart. Rob is experienced, knowledgeable, and honest. He took the time to educate me about my options and help me make informed decisions (even at the cost of more business). This is a quality company you can trust. They were great, and really worked with me And my budget. Everyone else just tried to sell me a new roof, but they were able to fix the one I have. They even came out on a Saturday for my leaky roof. I would recommend them A+ Updated 2021, they did such good work I had them come out again when I needed the whole roof redone. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Robert with Green Country Roofing surpassed every expectation I had. We were selling our home and had to replace the roof before closing. Robert came out, had a quote same day. I had a new roof on the house within 2 weeks. A VERY good experience with Green Country Roofing. For my roofing issue recently, we contacted quite a few roofing companies. Water dripping from my ceiling. From answering the phone to providing service, Green Country is top notch. Rob was quick to respond. After assesing my roof he outlined the critical areas especially where water was coming in. He is very knowledgeable and explained the process needed to fix it and provided a reasonable quote. It has been a couple of weeks since the repair and so far no water leaking in. I will definitely use Green Country in the future. ~ Chuck M
